It is time to meet leading companies in the field supply chain management! At this formal event on March 14, well-known international companies will present you a case, where you will work on together with fellow students.
And, the best has yet to come! If you are in the winning team, you will have dinner with company representatives on the same night! A great way to network.

In March every year, the IBA Week will take place. During this week, IBA students will have the opportunity to learn more about their minor and career possibilities. During this week, several firms will introduce themselves to students who are interested in their field of expertise.

The week is divided in the following days:

• Accounting day
• Finance day
• Management day
• Marketing day (Organised by the Marketing Expedition Committee)

Want to learn more about different marketing-related topics? During the Marketing Event on May 11 2022, you will learn more about the topic personalization. The participating companies will tell you more about how they include personalization in their day-to-day operations. Afterwards, there will be an informal drink so you can get in contact with the companies! Subscriptions will open at the beginnning of April.

The 3rd and 4th of March, the Business Tour will take place. During the Business Tour, SBIT will visit Itrainee on campus and Baker Tilly and KPMG at their offices over the time span of 2 days. Here we will work on cases, attend workshops, and get company tours of their offices. Besides all the formal activities, we will have lunch and dinner together with companies, we will go into Eindhoven in the later hours, and we will sleep at a hotel in Eindhoven. Travel from company to company will be arranged by SBIT. The FinanceDay is the perfect opportunity for you to meet your future employer! By means of case sessions, a lunch and a drink, you get the chance to meet six Finance firms. On March 7, there will be two rounds of case sessions where you will make a case with two companies. In between, there will be a three course lunch where you will meet three companies. During the cases, students actively work on several issues. The day ends with a drink where you will be able to speak with the other companies of that day. 

The FinanceDay is the perfect opportunity for you to get an internship or a job in Finance. You will meet six well-known Finance firms to which you can prove that you are the right person for their company. The participating firms are Achmea, Blacktrace, Capital A, Duff & Phelps, Finance Ideas, and JM Corporate Finance.

The Connection Day takes place on Thursday May 19. During the Connection Day you can connect with a total of six companies; Da Vinci Derivatives, Achmea, ORTEC, 3DS Dassault Systemes and two other companies to be announced!

10.00-12.30 first case round (give your preference by top 3)
12.30-13.30 2 course lunch at Boerke Musters
14.00-16.30 second case round (give your preference by top 3)
16.30-17.30 drink at Esplanade

On May 11, the Economics Battle will take place! During the Economics Battle you compete in teams for the title ‘Best Economist of Tilburg’ and some awesome prizes. Challenging questions about cartels will be provided by a professor, who is an expert in the field of data economics.

Apart from the academic questions, a company presentation and case will be provided by an interesting company.
Afterwards, there is also the opportunity to get in touch with this company via an informal drink! You can register yourself individually, or in a team of max 4 participants! However, every team member should register. If you register individually, we will put you in a team!
